Due to the perishable nature of our products and legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we are unable to accept returns on wine; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if you receive a damaged or incorrect order.
Return Process

Examine your shipment immediately upon arrival for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect labels.
- 2.Contact Customer Care
Reach out to our support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect goods.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a credit to your account.
- 4.Proper Disposal
Once your claim is approved, you may be asked to safely dispose of the damaged product as we do not require physical returns for spoiled or broken wine.
