The 2024 Saldo Carbonic Zinfandel comes from an excellent Sonoma County vintage, with early rains and warm days producing bold, ripe fruit. Using whole-cluster carbonic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, we gently preserve the fruit’s natural freshness while keeping tannins soft and silky.

This Zinfandel entices with aromas of kirsch cherry, bubblegum, bananas, and a hint of spice. Lively flavors of juicy cherries and creamy red candy fill the palate, finishing with velvety tannins, dark chocolate, and subtle leaf tobacco notes.
